How LEKHA. Your Pocket Manager handles personal data when you visit yourpocketmanager.us, book a strategy session, or message us.
Please read this notice. We will mark changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you have seen the new notice. Review it from time to time.
1. Who we are
This notice is issued by LEKHA. Your Pocket Manager (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate the website yourpocketmanager.us.
Email: yourpocketmanager@gmail.com
WhatsApp: +91 95601 31088
The default law for this notice is the law of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), as it applies to us. If you live elsewhere, the rights in the place you live may also apply. Those rights are not taken away by this notice.
2. Scope
This notice covers personal data we handle when you:
- visit or browse yourpocketmanager.us
- book or attend a strategy session through the calendar on this site
- message us on WhatsApp, email, or Instagram
- ask us to quote, decline, or start work after a session
A signed retainer, statement of work, or invoice may add terms. If those documents say something different about a project, they control for that project.
This site is a brochure and a booking door. It is not a client portal, a public shop, or a software product you log into.
3. What we collect
Information you give us
Name, email, phone, business name, role, and whatever you type into a booking form, email, WhatsApp, or Instagram. That can include what you sell, where you leak, and files you attach. You choose what to send. You do not have to send it. If you send nothing, we may not be able to book you or quote.
Booking data
Time zone, slot, reminders, and calendar metadata processed by the scheduling tool embedded on this site (HighLevel / LeadConnector). Confirmation mail and reminders are part of that booking.
Messages
WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta. Email is processed by our mail provider. Instagram is processed by Meta. We read what you send so we can reply.
Technical data
When you load the site, servers and browsers typically log IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, dates and times, and referrer. Hosting logs exist to run and secure the site.
Fonts and third-party embeds
We load fonts from Google Fonts. The booking calendar is an embed from a third party. Those parties may collect technical data under their own notices.
4. What we do not do on this site
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run a public comment section as a lead form.
- We do not take card payments on this website. There is no public price list and no checkout.
- We do not run an SMS marketing programme, a login account, or an AI chatbot on this site.
- We do not provide a white-label CRM for your customers through this site.
- We do not ask children to use this site.
If we later invoice you, payment is arranged in writing, not as an anonymous cart on these pages. Any processor used then will be named when we ask you to pay.
5. When we collect
When you open a page. When you book. When you write to us. When you sit a session. When you send materials after a session. We do not buy lists to spam you.
6. How we use it
We use personal data to:
- run and secure the website
- schedule, remind, and hold the strategy session
- reply, diagnose, and decide whether we can help
- quote, decline, or start work if we both agree in writing
- keep records we need for tax, dispute, and legal duty
- understand whether the site works (if analytics is on)
- contact you about a session or a live piece of work you asked for
We do not use your booking to run ads against you. We do not share your number with marketers.
Under Indian law we rely on your consent where we need it, and on legitimate use that a reasonable person would expect when you book a studio session or write to us. You can withdraw consent for optional contact. Withdrawal does not unwind a session already held or records we must keep.
7. Processors and sharing
We share personal data only as needed to run this studio, or if the law requires it. Typical processors:
- SiteGround. Website hosting.
- HighLevel / LeadConnector. Calendar, booking form, reminders.
- Meta. WhatsApp and Instagram, if you use those channels.
- Google. Fonts. Analytics only if GA4 is enabled on the site.
- Email. The provider that delivers mail to and from yourpocketmanager@gmail.com.
Each processor has its own notice. We do not control how Meta or Google treat data on their platforms.
We may share data with a professional adviser (accountant, lawyer) under confidentiality, or with a contractor who helps us execute work you asked for, under a duty to keep it close. We may disclose data if required by law, court, or to protect the studio or another person from harm or fraud.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data for advertising.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site needs some cookies or similar storage to function (for example WordPress session cookies if you are logged in, or a booking embed). Those are not a marketing profile.
If Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it may record pages, events such as a booking click or a WhatsApp click, and approximate location from IP. We would use that to see whether the site works, not to sell a list. If GA4 is off, that paragraph does not apply.
Your browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may break the calendar embed.
We do not currently run a cookie wall or a separate advertising ID graph.
9. Retention
Booking and message records: for as long as needed to finish the conversation, plus a period we keep for tax, dispute, and ordinary studio records. Website logs: for a short operational period set by the host, unless we must keep a log longer for security.
When we no longer need personal data, we delete or irreversibly anonymise it, unless the law says keep it.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the WordPress admin is limited. Processors we use also apply their own controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfect. We cannot promise that a determined attacker will never succeed. If we become aware of a breach that Indian law requires us to report, we will follow that law.
11. International transfers
We operate from India. Some processors store or access data in the United States or other countries (hosting, calendar, Meta, Google). By using the site, booking, or writing to us, you understand that your data may leave India to those processors so we can answer you and run the calendar. We use parties that offer a service to the public on those terms. If that is not acceptable, do not book or write through those channels.
12. Your rights
Depending on the DPDP Act and on the law where you live, you may have the right to:
- know whether we hold personal data about you, and to access it
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- request erasure, subject to records we must keep
- withdraw consent for optional processing
- nominate a person to exercise rights in case of death or incapacity, where the DPDP Act provides for that
- complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to a supervisory authority where you live (for example in the EU, UK, or a US state with a privacy statute)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we are not pretending to be an EU establishment. We still honour a serious access, correction, or erasure request where it does not conflict with Indian record-keeping. If you are in California or another US state with a privacy statute, we do not sell your personal information as those statutes define sale, and you may write to us to ask what we hold.
To exercise a right, email yourpocketmanager@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 95601 31088. We may need to verify it is you. We will not charge a fee unless a request is clearly unfounded or repetitive, as the applicable law allows.
13. Children
This site is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it where the law lets us.
14. Changes
We may update this notice. The effective date at the top will change. Material changes will appear on this page. Keep a copy if you need one. The live page is the current notice.
15. Contact
Questions about privacy: yourpocketmanager@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 95601 31088.
Use of the site is also governed by our Terms. Booking a session does not create a client retainer until we agree in writing.
