Deploy
The work gets made. You are not a ticket.
Editing, graphics, web, shoots. Or strategy only, if your bench already executes. Deploy is onboarding and fulfillment. A pocket, not a queue.
What you walk away with
- A clear start date after we agree in writing
- Who owns what. You. Us. Your existing bench
- A cadence you can keep. Not a scramble
- Work that matches the rules from Design
- One person to talk to. Not a ticket queue
- The same face on the feed, the site, and the street
You take more without looking unfinished. The brand holds while the work ships.
We quote after Diagnose. We start after you agree in writing.
Booking a slot is a request to talk. It is not a retainer. Deploy begins when both sides have said yes, in writing, to a defined stretch of work. There is no public price list. There is no anonymous cart.
If we have not done Diagnose, we will not invent a scope. If we have not finished Design, we will not fill a calendar to look busy.
Onboarding is short and specific. Access we need. Who signs off. Where files live. What “done” means for a reel, a page, a poster. If that is fuzzy, the week will be fuzzy.
How work actually gets made
Concepts and scripts follow the architecture from Design. Edits come back looking directed. Graphics match the rules, not last month’s trend. Web work matches the feed you are already promising. Shoots happen when the week needs them, on site when you need us there.
You know what is being made and why. You are not chasing five vendors who never saw each other’s files. That is what “one pocket” looks like week to week.
Cadence, and who owns what
Cadence is a promise you can keep. We will not stuff the calendar. Busy is how the bucket leaked.
You own the business and the yes. We own direction and, if we agreed, the making. Your existing bench stays if that was the Design call. Nobody should be guessing who uploads, who edits, who signs off the homepage.
WhatsApp is for the work, not for a bot. You talk to a person. Not a junior reading a script. Not a ticket that closes when someone hits resolve.
When we quote, and when we start
We quote after the reading. You see the work in words. You agree in writing. Then we start. Not before. A calendar link is not a contract.
If the work changes, we say so. We do not silently grow a factory. Strategy-only stays strategy-only unless you ask to open the other door.
When Deploy is strategy only
Your editors and shooters stay. We still own the week and the rules. That is strategy-only support. Full execution is the other door. We pick with you in Design. We do not switch the product in silence.
Honest limits
We are not a 24-hour ticket queue. We are not a viral shop. We will not invent proof. We will not put prices on a brochure and call it a package. The brand of this sequence is Diagnose, Design, Deploy. It is reserved language. We spent time on it so you and the sales team are following the same thing.
Start at the strategy session. The rest of the process is this path.
